Like vegetables, we all know that fruits are very important to a diet. Fruits are great ways to get energy while staying healthy. However, staying healthy for a Type 2 Diabetic is very different than staying healthy for a person without diabetes. Like the fantastic four, we have four fantastical fruit rules.
- eat fresh fruit
- eat lots of berries
- eat canned fruit
- drink fruit juice (a more appropriate name would be sugar juice)
